Each individual may hold only one registered account at 99y. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure. All balances and pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited upon detection.
99y services are exclusively available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification using a valid CNIC is mandatory at registration. Accounts confirmed as belonging to underage individuals are closed immediately without exception.
All 99y transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate before submitting any transaction request.
All promotional offers at 99y are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits. Bonuses are credited in good faith and misuse — including multi-accounting for bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Any form of collusion, fraud, system manipulation, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of software errors at 99y is strictly prohibited. 99y reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where fair play violations are detected, with or without prior notice.

Registration on 99y requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and chosen payment method. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. 99y is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 99y platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99y employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99y login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 99y strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to 99y support in advance of the activity in question.
You must notify 99y promptly of any changes to your registered information — including mobile number, email address, or payment method — by contacting customer support. Maintaining accurate account information is a condition of continued platform access. 99y accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information, including failed withdrawal attempts to incorrect payment details.
Account Tip: Enable two-factor authentication through your 99y account settings immediately after registration. It takes under two minutes and substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
99y currently accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit initiation. 99y does not accept deposits from payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder; all payment methods must be owned and operated by the verified account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 99y's standard payout procedures. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes from request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day. 99y reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request before processing, which may extend the processing time. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name.
Real-money deposits that have not been subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly; only winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may be requested for withdrawal. The distinction between real-money balance and bonus balance is clearly indicated within your 99y account dashboard.
An account is classified as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. 99y may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances, details of which are published in the account settings section. Users will receive notification prior to dormancy fees being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply login and verify your identity with support if requested.
All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 99y are subject to acceptance at 99y's discretion. 99y reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time before the relevant event commences. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed in your bet slip, it is binding subject to the provisions of these Terms. 99y does not accept responsibility for lost bets resulting from system errors on the user's device or internet connection failures before confirmation is received.
Cricket betting markets at 99y — including PSL markets, international T20I, ODI, and Test match markets — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 99y betting rules section. In general, bets on matches that are abandoned, tied, or concluded under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket market rules. Match Winner bets require a result to be declared official; inconclusive matches may result in bet voiding and stake return at 99y's discretion.
Live in-play betting markets at 99y are offered where technically available. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change. 99y does not guarantee that bets placed during connection interruptions or system delays will be accepted at the odds displayed; if there is a material change in odds between bet submission and confirmation, the bet may be declined or offered at revised odds. 99y accepts no liability for losses attributable to live betting latency or connectivity issues outside its reasonable control.
All casino and slot titles available on 99y are certified by independent testing laboratories for RNG integrity and published RTP accuracy. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Casino and slot results are determined by certified random number generation systems that cannot be influenced by 99y, the player, or any external party.
Important: All game results on 99y are determined by independently certified RNG systems. 99y has no ability to influence or alter the outcome of any game, hand, spin, or event on the platform.
99y applies maximum win limits per bet and per event across its sportsbook and casino products. Current maximum win limits are published in the product-specific rules accessible from your account dashboard. Winnings that would otherwise exceed the applicable maximum win limit are capped at that limit; the excess is not payable. 99y reserves the right to adjust maximum win limits with reasonable notice.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99y are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion. 99y reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time where it suspects abuse, error, or technical fault.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal). Qualifying wager types, minimum odds, and excluded markets vary by promotion and are published in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion; incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
99y applies strict anti-abuse monitoring to all bonus claims. Activities considered abuse include but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts or household registrations; using systematic or low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement; and exploiting promotional errors in bad faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99y platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

99y shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, or payment network disruptions; (d) losses arising from the user's own failure to maintain account security; or (e) losses arising from reliance on information on the platform that is subsequently found to be incorrect, provided 99y has acted in good faith.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the user or by 99y — any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable charges or forfeited bonus amounts) will be returned to the verified payment method on record, provided no outstanding verification, fraud, or regulatory investigation is pending. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99y holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 99y's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
